Saya adalah dosen di Departemen Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Saat ini saya sedang melanjutkan kuliah di School of Journalism, Media, and Communication Studies di University of Sheffield, UK. Untuk penelitian S3, saya meneliti tentang transformasi digital jurnalisme di Indonesia dan bagaimana jurnalis merespon dan beradaptasi dengan regresi demokrasi. Sebelumnya saya menyelesaikan sekolah master di School of Media and Communication University of Leeds, UK.
Sebelum menjadi dosen, saya pernah bekerja sebagai peneliti media di Pusat Kajian Media dan Komunikasi Remotivi. Selain itu, saya juga menulis, menyunting, dan menerjemahkan tulisan dan buku-buku terkait jurnalisme, media, dan politik. Saya juga mengelola podcast yang mendiskusikan isu-isu seputar media dan jurnalisme.

I am a lecturer in the Department of Communication Science at Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. Currently, I am pursuing my doctoral studies at the School of Journalism, Media, and Communication Studies at the University of Sheffield, UK. My project is centred around the digital transformation of journalism in Indonesia and how journalists respond to and adapt to democratic regression. Previously, I completed my master’s degree at the School of Media and Communication at the University of Leeds, UK.
Before becoming a lecturer, I worked as a media researcher at the Center for Media and Communication Studies Remotivi. I also write, edit, and translate articles and books related to journalism, media, and politics. I also manage a podcast that discusses issues related to media and journalism. My primary research interests encompass various aspects of journalism and media, including press freedom, political communication, misinformation, journalistic precarity and labour movements.
